International Business Company (IBC)
Belize IBC Companies are incorporated under the International Business Companies Act Chapter 270 (IBC Act), which provides substantial benefits for this corporation that does not do business within Belize.
A Company Registered under the IBC Act must have words ending in “Limited”, “Corporation”, “Incorporation”, “Society Anonyme”, or “Sociedad Anonima” or Aktiengesellschaft” or the abbreviation “Ltd”, “Corp.”, “Inc.”, or “S.A.”, or “A.S.”, “A.G.”.
